Withdraw from contract

If you're a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase of Essential Business Knowledge here within the 14-day withdrawal period — no reason needed. When you confirm, we record the date and time we received your declaration and email you an acknowledgement right away. You don't need to sign in.

If you asked for immediate access at checkout, your right of withdrawal ended once your access was activated — see Section 4 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We review every declaration and get back to you. Your other statutory rights, for example if the course is defective, are not affected.

It's in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, enter the email address you bought with instead.

We send the confirmation that we received your withdrawal here.
